A graduate of Western Illinois University, Lukas holds licenses in Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance. His path to Hanford Insurance is a unique one—beginning as a high school Social Studies teacher in Prophetstown, IL, before transitioning to a supervisory role at Plunkett’s Pest Control, where he managed regions spanning from the Quad Cities to Wisconsin. While he enjoyed the work, the extensive travel led him to seek a more home-centered career. A timely suggestion from a family friend introduced him to Hanford Insurance, where his passion for the local farming community and his problem-solving skills found a perfect fit.
